General Counselling

St. George International College offers the best counseling service to students to solve any problems. Our trained and experienced counselors are always ready to help and counsel students through our open door policy. Students should contact the Office for an appointment to meet a counselor, with whom they can discuss any academic or personal matter.

Airport pick-up Service

This service is available for newly arrived students. The student must contact the admission or registration office beforehand with details of the flight including arrival time and the airport terminal number.

The fee for the service is CND $ 100.  

Accommodation Service

1) Home placement Program

The Home Placement Program is available for all seasons. Home placement promotes friendship and cross-cultural communication and is a great way for you to improve your English while experiencing Canadian living. Students will be matched with Canadian hosts who have been carefully selected for their ability to provide a safe, comfortable and friendly home. An important quality we look for in a host is their genuine desire to share their family life and culture with an international student.

Hosts will provide three meals a day, as well as a comfortable private room with a bed, desk and other furnishings. Your host will meet you at the airport and introduce you to Toronto and the neighborhood in which you will live.

Your host family will encourage you to join in their daily activities and are there to help you adjust to living in Canada.

All homes are in close proximity to the T.T.C, our efficient and safe transit system. We will send you a Home Placement Questionnaire and match you to an appropriate host family.

2) Homestay & Dormitory

Students pay fees every 4 weeks directly to the school. Fees are calculated in Canadian funds.

Placement Fee : CDN $ 100
Homestay : CDN $ 750  ( 3 meals a day)
Double Room CDN $ 650 (3 meals a day)
